What should I bring to my first class?
Athletic shoes, water, and a small towel. For kickboxing, bring hand wraps and gloves if you have them (we have loaners).
What age can join?
Adults 18+. Teens can train with parental consent; we also offer kids programming through Mighty Mites—check the schedule.
I’m new to the gym. Will I be able to keep up?
Yes. Every workout includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced options. Coaches scale weights, reps, and tempo so you build safely and confidently.
Will lifting weights make me bulky or look like a bodybuilder?
Not at all. Strength training builds lean muscle, shapes your body, and boosts metabolism—but it won’t make you bulky.
Most people don’t have the genetics, calorie intake, or training volume required to look like a bodybuilder.
Our programming focuses on getting you stronger, leaner, and more athletic—not oversized.
Is this safe if I have past injuries?
We modify movements and loading based on your coach’s assessment. Always clear new exercise with your healthcare provider and tell your coach about any limitations.
How many days per week should I train?
Most members see great results with 3–5 sessions/week. Start at 2–3, build consistency, then add days as recovery allows.
How fast will I see results?
Strength and energy often improve in 2–4 weeks. Visible changes usually follow with consistent training, nutrition, and sleep over 6–12+ weeks.
What’s the vibe—intense or beginner-friendly?
Both. The energy is high but the coaching is patient. You’ll never be pushed to max out before you’re ready.
Can you help with weight loss and nutrition?
Absolutely. We provide calorie and macro guidance, practical meal plan templates, and accountability check-ins to help you reach your goals.

What times are your workouts?
We run early morning, mid-morning, and evening sessions Monday–Friday, plus Saturday mornings.
How big are classes?
Class sizes can vary based on time popularity. Regardless of overall size, we organize into smaller groups focused on different muscle groups and exercises.
Do I need to book ahead?
Booking is not required at this time. Just show up!
What if I’m late?
Life happens—If you’re running late, check in with the coach so we can get you warmed up safely.
Are there women-only classes or is it co-ed?
Classes are co-ed and coached to be supportive and non-intimidating. We keep an eye on form, space, and culture so everyone feels welcome.
Do I need my own gloves for kickboxing?
We recommend personal hand wraps and gloves for hygiene and fit. We have loaners/rentals and can suggest good starter options.
What are your prices and contracts?
$159–$199 Monthly Subscription. No long-term contracts. Ask about student, military, and family options.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes—just give us at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date and we’ll process your hold or cancellation.
