“Workout On Fire” is our heart rate based training system. We want you to give maximum effort. Tracking your heart rate in real time allows us to keep you in the target range for maximum metabolic conditioning and fat burning.

Our weight lifting sessions always pack a double-punch of aerobic and anaerobic work, breaking down barriers between traditional weight training and cardio. You will be out of breath, your heart will be pounding, and your muscles will be on FIRE!

We use unconventional training methods to achieve amazing results. We are going to be flipping tires, using battle ropes, Concept2 Rowers, Assault Bikes, Endless Ropes,  slam balls, landmines, TRX, and so much more.
