No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our personally formulated workout program is specifically designed to get you there at your own pace! Fight your way through our aggressive, high intensity boxing and kick boxing rounds. Challenge yourself as we guide you through our total body Metabolic Resistance Training circuits. Our high intensity interval cross-training workouts will help you become more athletic and improve every aspect of your overall fitness.

Getting in the best shape of your life should be fun and engaging. Set goals with your trainer using our Styku 3D body scanner. We’ll take accurate measurements of your entire body and incorporate unconventional methods of training to keep you excited and progressing towards your goals. Tire Flips, Boxing, Kick Boxing, Endless Ropes, TRX, and Concept 2 Rowers just to name a few of the exercises you will be falling in love with here. It never gets easier and you’ll keep getting stronger.

High Intensity Interval Training

Adrenaline Rush Training utilizes a specialty designed high intensity interval training program to get you into the best shape of your life. Our program consists of alternating between brief, but intense cardio and weight lifting exercises with periods of rest in between. This workout is intended to raise your heart rate to achieve maximum fat loss without taking your whole day. Our goal at Adrenaline Rush Training is to get you in the best shape of your life.

5 Zone Heart Rate Monitoring

Heart rate monitoring is beneficial to ensure that you are reaching your target heart rates, leading to a more efficient workout. Our heart rate monitor system allows you to track your performance during both periods of exercise and rest, so you know when you’re achieving the most burn.

  • Zone 1 – Very Light (50-60 percent of your maximum heart rate)
  • Zone 2 – Light (60-70 percent of your maximum heart rate)
  • Zone 3 – Moderate (70-80 percent of your maximum heart rate)
  • Zone 4 – Hard (80-90 percent of your maximum heart rate)
  • Zone 5 – Maximum (90-100 percent of your maximum heart rate)

It’s ideal to reach at least zones 3 and 4 during your workout sets to have the most impact. During periods of rest between sets you should lower your heart rate down to zones 1 and 2.

Our fitness coaches guide each class through a specialized target heart rate zone and resistance training workout. Every class is unique. But with every class you’ll experience a high-energy, music driven environment that will push you to the limit.
